By any chance have you played Mischief Makers for the N64 before?

The clown boss was very reminiscent of the battle with Migen Jr.

I've actually never played Mischief Makers, which is blasphemous because it's a Treasure game and I try to play all of those. The clown art is based off Stamper's Madness wallpaper, and the attacks are just cliche giant boss attacks. I'm watching a YouTube video of that MM boss fight now and wishing I added some fire spitballs. :)
